With KROHNE, you have the assurance that your repairs, modifications or configurations will be carried out in the factory where the product was originally manufactured. Moreover, our service engineers have unrivalled knowledge of measuring instruments, both KROHNE and non-KROHNE instrumentation.

For you, our workshop service works very simply:

You contact our helpdesk and we will send you the necessary shipping documentation by return. You can then send us your instrument(s) for repair.

Or you download the RMA form and send it to the helpdesk. You will then receive an RMA number with which you can send the instruments together with the form to us for repair.
